Hypnosis is a state of deep relaxation where our brain enters Theta state. It is marked my sensation of drowsiness. It works by slowing down your brain activity and creating a burst of brain waves that are the same as when you’re in the REM phase of sleep -Theta brain waves. These waves usually appear in between waking and sleeping, they signify a state of heightened suggestibility, and allow access to emotional memory in the subconscious mind. It’s effortless, and anyone can do it. You’ll see for yourself when you do it too.

Our lives are run by a supercomputer called the subconscious mind. It is where all our experiences and memories are stored and transformed into our belief system.

These beliefs are basically neuronal circuits which are wired together and have been firing together for so long that they do it almost automatically for you. When they recognise the stimulating circumstances they react in the way they have been trained by you.
This is how the above mentioned supercomputer guides our lives. By creating quick reactions which don’t require you to think, because they have been programmed exactly for this purpose -making choices integral with your beliefs.

Hypnosis is very relaxing, like a deep meditation. It’s the sleep of your nervous system, so your alertness is switched off; muscles and nerves relaxed. Therefore, you’ll feel rested and relaxed during and even after you come back to full awareness. While under, you still hear sounds around you, but you’re not paying attention to the outside world, you are on the inside. You will also remember everything you and I said.

No, I can’t make you do something you don’t want to do. Hypnosis is not mind-control, it’s a state of suggestibility, therefore you will be able to push away my suggestions if you choose to. That’s why your commitment to transformation has to come from within. You have to want to change because I can’t make you do something you don’t want to do. Your will supports your transformation like nothing else.

Yes, you do have to listen to the recording at least for 21 days after our session. It is an integral part of the process. If you want results, you need to understand that it is a crucial part of your transformation. At this point, you got to the core of the issue, but you need to implement the changes in your daily life and reprogram old beliefs. Reprogramming is the job of your recording. You can keep listening to it even after 21 days as it has a lot of magnificent suggestions which simply feel good and make you implement changes with much more ease.

Work online energy wise is  the same as when you are doing it in person.
The only difference is I cannot touch you or comfort you because physically I’m not there.
In my opinion having a session in the comfort of your own home allows you to open up even more because you are in a place filled with your own energy. And you can release, not worrying that you’ll have to go outside and face the world after the session. 

I studied Psychology and I have a Bachelor of Science degree in it. I also learned from one of Britain’s best Hypnotherapists, and I was awarded the title of certified  RTT Hypnotherapist.
I constantly learn and evolve, I have a curious mind. I find out something and test it on myself and integrate in work with my clients, because I believe there is no one size fits all when it comes to healing and transformation.

Typically a single session with me lasts around 90 minutes. When working in a 3 month container the length of the time for each session may vary.
